Good to know

General guidance only — the agency’s own notice and website always take priority.

Hearing deadlines are short. After a DUI arrest in Utah, the window to request a driver license hearing is only days long (typically 10 days from the arrest). Check the notice you were given and the Driver License Division right away — a missed deadline usually means the suspension goes ahead automatically. Court and license actions are separate. A criminal case in court and an action against a driver license are handled by different agencies. Resolving one does not automatically resolve the other — follow up with both. DUI arrests & your license — the two tracks explained
